Liquidity

Trading Term

Liquidity in a prediction market indicates how easily contracts can be bought or sold without significantly impacting the price. Higher liquidity allows traders to enter or exit positions smoothly, making markets more attractive and prices more accurate. Low liquidity can result in wider bid-ask spreads and less reliable predictions.
